KAIZEN DISCOVERY
HPX subsidiary Kaizen Discovery (TSX-V: KZD), with partner ITOCHU, is exploring the Pinaya copper-gold project in southeastern Peru. The project covers 192 square kilometres and includes more than 25 kilometres of strike length within the mineral-rich Andahuaylas-Yauri porphyry belt, hosting producing mines such as Las Bambas, Tintaya and Antapaccay.

CORDOBA MINERALS
HPX holds 66% of Cordoba Minerals (TSX-V: CDB; OTCQX: CDBMF), a junior exploration company developing the San Matias Project in Colombia. San Matias contains several known areas of copper-gold mineralization and is ideally located in flat topography, near significant infrastructure, and large-scale, producing open-pit mines. Initial inferred resources at Alacran are 53.5 million tonnes of 0.70% copper and 0.37 grams per tonne gold.

TINAJAS
Located in the Andean cordillera in Peru, where Paleocene porphyry mineralization hosts large deposits including Spence (Chile), Cerro Verde (Peru), Tia Maria (Peru), and Cerro Colorado (Chile), the Tinajas Project is an exciting prospect. HPX holds the option to earn up to 65% of the project from Teck Peru and has aggressive exploration plans for 2017.
